When do I place an order? 

Celebration cakes
To ensure availability, please place your order at least four weeks in advance. All order requests and details must be sent via email to: [email protected]Telephone orders cannot be accepted.

 

Wedding Cakes
To ensure availability, it is advisable to order your wedding cake well in advance. Please provide your wedding date for proper planning. If you need a consultation, be sure to schedule an appointment at least three months before your wedding date.

For wedding cakes, cupcakes, and cookies, a minimum notice of three months prior to the wedding date is required.Before placing an order, you can sample two flavors at the bakery free of charge. Test cakes are specially made for you, so please make an appointment before your visit.

“Last Minute order”.
If you need to place a last-minute order just three days before the party, please contact us via email or Facebook. Please note that we cannot accept cake orders with figurines or decorative edible elements. These items are time-consuming and require several days to dry.

We may be able to accommodate your last-minute order, but it will depend on our current workload. Please note that last-minute orders will incur a 15% surcharge on the base price.

 

Alterations to Orders

Your cake is very important to us. Please take the time to carefully review your order form and notify us within seven days if any changes are needed. It is your responsibility to inform us of any alterations to the original order.

Cambridge Lady Cake reserves the right to increase the quoted fee if the customer requests changes to the original agreement. While we will make every effort to accommodate customers, please note that late changes may not always be accepted.

 

Payments
 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or via bank transfer upon collection of your cake or before delivery.

 

For wedding cakes, cupcakes, and cookies, full payment must be made at least 7 days before collection or delivery. For businesses, schools, universities, and organizations, payment is required before delivery and within 7 days of the invoice date, which will be sent to you the day after the order is placed. Deferred payment is not accepted, and orders will be canceled if payment is not received.

 

We prefer bank transfers but also accept PayPal payments and cash. Please note that all deposits are due upon placing your order.

Order is accepted only when the deposit has been paid.
Please ask for bank details to make your payment.

 

Collection and Transport

1. All ordered cakes are collected by appointment. On Saturday and Sunday, 9am -10.00 am.
2. The customer must ensure that the cakes are properly transported and protected from damage.
3. Cambridge Lady Cake does not accept any liability for damage caused during the cake transport by the customer.
4. All cakes must be stored in the refrigerator until eaten.
CambridgeLadyCake has no responsibility for the cake if this rule is broken.

Complaints

1. All products should be checked upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with the product, you should report it immediately.
2. Products you wish to return should be returned to Cambridge Lady Cake. Unfortunately, products that have been consumed cannot be refunded.
3. Your refund claim will be considered within 7 working days. If a refund is granted, you will receive your refund within seven working days.

 

Delivery

If you need to deliver your cake, tell us at least three days in advance. Make sure you give us the exact address and contact number. Please confirm the date and time with Cambridge Lady Cake.

Delivery Monday – Friday: 5:30pm -7:30pm
Saturday and Sunday: 11am -1pm
